Antipholus of Ephesus and Antipholus of Syracuse are twins, but they didn't know each other for a long time because an accident separated them when they were children. Both have – what a coincidence! - a servant named Dromio. These two are also – even more coincidence! – separated twins! Finally Antipholus of Syracuse goes in search of his twin brother in Ephesus. There his path crosses with Dromio, the servant of Antipholus of Syracuse - and vice versa! Chaos is inevitable: one time Antipholus of Ephesus wants to eat at his wife Adriana's, but is not let in, another time he wants to give her a necklace, but neither the gift nor the goldsmith's wages reach the right addressee. So this game is repeated in several variations. A rollercoaster of emotions and a tightrope walk between falling into the tragic and situational comedy that can hardly be surpassed.
The Turkish-German bilingualism and the imaginative play of the actors promise an unusual evening of theatre, in which physically stressed comedy is balanced with the question of identity and communication that transcends barriers.
